We are seeking a Enterprise Sales in the UK or Germany to lead the
expansion of our sales organization and growing revenues.
The Enterprise Sales will sell in West Europe region – Development, prospecting,
penetration and closing of world class customer support products, including AI-assisted,
video-driven contact center agent and self-service technology.
This is a Mid-Level Sales position responsible for aspects of revenue generation within
the territory and hunting for New Logos, including Prospecting, customer acquisition; liaison
with partners and outside vendors to close new deals.
Managing the sales cycle - planning, forecasting, prospecting, sales execution,
pipeline/funnel management - and provide accurate forecasts to VP Sales
In-depth understanding of Potential customers’ business drivers, strategy and
buying cycles within Several Verticals – Consumer Electronics, insurance and retail
Negotiate commercial terms with high end customer base.
Collaborate with Client Stakeholders, Internal Departments and Third parties
(channel partners, consultants, etc.)
Proven direct sales experience of software solutions to Contact Centres and Field
Technicians in Consumer Electronics, Retail and Finance / Insurance customers
3+ years of experience managing Direct Sales in Enterprise SaaS company
3+ years of sales managing for global Enterprises with carrying over $1M quota,
with successful track record
Experience with selling to IT or Customer support departments any type of Customer
engagement / experience technologies – a major advantage
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
at senior levels of customer organization
Proven ability to drive new business development and to manage a sales process
from planning to deal closure
Experience working for small software companies; ability to build and manage
pipeline and operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
