The Position 
We are seeking a Enterprise Sales in the UK or Germany to lead the
expansion of our sales organization and growing revenues.
The Enterprise Sales will sell in West Europe region – Development, prospecting,
penetration and closing of world class customer support products, including AI-assisted,
video-driven contact center agent and self-service technology.
This is a Mid-Level Sales position responsible for aspects of revenue generation within
the territory and hunting for New Logos, including Prospecting, customer acquisition; liaison
with partners and outside vendors to close new deals.
 Managing the sales cycle - planning, forecasting, prospecting, sales execution,
pipeline/funnel management - and provide accurate forecasts to VP Sales
 In-depth understanding of Potential customers’ business drivers, strategy and
buying cycles within Several Verticals – Consumer Electronics, insurance and retail
 Negotiate commercial terms with high end customer base.
 Collaborate with Client Stakeholders, Internal Departments and Third parties
(channel partners, consultants, etc.)


 Proven direct sales experience of software solutions to Contact Centres and Field
Technicians in Consumer Electronics, Retail and Finance / Insurance customers
 3+ years of experience managing Direct Sales in Enterprise SaaS company
 3+ years of sales managing for global Enterprises with carrying over $1M quota,
with successful track record
 Experience with selling to IT or Customer support departments any type of Customer
engagement / experience technologies – a major advantage
 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
at senior levels of customer organization
 Proven ability to drive new business development and to manage a sales process
from planning to deal closure
 Experience working for small software companies; ability to build and manage
pipeline and operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
