TechSee’s visual support platform enables support teams to handle technical calls more efficiently while being able to see the product in the customer premises and to direct the customer using Augmented Reality on the required actions to troubleshoot and resolve the technical issue: Reducing technician dispatch rate, increasing the first call resolution (FCR), reducing Average Handle Time (AHT) and reducing the non-defect transfer rate (NDT).

 QA open position 
We are looking for a talented and experienced  QA Engineer to ensure product quality in a fast-growing company.

-Create test plans and test cases for new features

-Collaborate with Development, Product to clarify specs, raise issues/concerns and        Identify risks throughout the software development life cycle. 

-Develop and apply manual and automation scripts for new and existing products


 -Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

-programming skills - advantage

-knowledge of testing methodologies - advantage
