The Opportunity:
The Senior Account Executive at TechSee is a pivotal role in the expansion of our North American Sales Team.
This position requires strategic efforts to acquire new business within assigned target sectors, focusing on exceeding revenue quotas through new logo sales across our portfolio of CX, AI, and Digital products. As a Senior Account Executive, you will leverage your knowledge and aptitude to understand customer needs, enhance their experience, and articulate innovative digital solutions.
Success in this role involves driving new revenue through self-prospecting, business development, and collaboration with internal teams and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue through the establishment of new relationships and cross-selling TechSee's portfolio. Engage customers in strategic discussions, communicating how TechSee adds value and transforms customer relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms with sophisticated buyers.
Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal departments, and third parties.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners.
Regularly close deals and exceed sales goals.
Work closely with partners to develop, manage, and accelerate joint sales and business development pipelines, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Maintain product knowledge through continuous sales training.
Attend industry events.
Stay informed about Video Engagement, Digital Self-Service, and AI competitors.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their processes, requirements, and challenges.
Qualification:
7+ years of experience selling SaaS products/solutions to Fortune 2000 companies.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is preferred.
Experience in sales management and sales training, with knowledge of structured methodologies.
Proven track record of carrying a quota as an individual contributor.
Proven experience in partner enablement, pipeline development, and accelerating sales through strategic partnerships.
Strong consultative sales abilities and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Measurable track record in new business development.
Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels within customer organizations.
In-depth understanding of client business drivers, strategy, and buying cycles.
Experience in the Contact Center and/or Customer Experience (CX) markets.
Track record of selling ML/AI solutions is a strong plus.
