The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented, driven, and passionate Product Manager to lead key aspects of our existing products and drive the creation of new products and services. This role requires someone with the ability to make a significant impact through strategic vision, technical insight, and excellent communication.
Responsibilities:
Lead the product management for several innovative solutions.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to understand market needs and customer requirements.
Translate customer insights and business requirements into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and epics.
Maintain, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and release tracking.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Deliver compelling presentations and demos to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Champion product vision, strategy, and execution across the organization.
Analyze product performance and iterate based on market feedback and data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years in a product management role focused on enterprise, customer-facing solutions (B2B2C & B2B).
Proven ability to work directly with customers and sales teams to drive product adoption and success.
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
Technical background in web-based technologies and SaaS applications.
Demonstrated success working with Agile methodologies.
Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Experience with Salesforce platform: various clouds, AppExchange package development, or administration- Adventege.
Experience in Contact Centers or Field Services applications -advantage.
Fluent in English.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with AI tools or automation for product management workflows.
