The opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As our IT Specialist, you will be responsible for all IT aspects, including onsite rapid-response for technical issues, ensuring systems run at optimal efficiency, and establishing effective processes to provide the highest levels of internal support. You will ensure that our company's technology infrastructure is reliable, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on IT support to employees (Windows & Mac environments)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
Manage user accounts and permissions (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup, access management)
Maintain office IT infrastructure and equipment
Support and manage company SaaS tools
Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and implement automation
Ability to research and learn new technologies independently
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / IT Specialist / System Administration in high-tech companies or IDF technology units
Experience supporting Windows and/or Mac environments
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Service-oriented mindset and ability to support internal users
Nice to Have
Experience with MDM tools (Intune / Jamf)
Basic scripting or automation (PowerShell / Bash / Python)
