The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join us and lead strategic AI initiatives.
As our Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping TechSee's next generation of AI products. This role combines both Inbound and Outbound Product Management, giving you end-to-end ownership-from evolving our market-leading SaaS Customer Experience platform, used by thousands of customers, to building a brand-new B2C product from the ground up.
What will you do:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: Lead both the evolution of our market-leading SaaS CX platform and the development of a new B2C product from the ground up.
Lead both Inbound and Outbound Product initiatives: Collaborate closely with customers, global stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
Design intuitive AI-powered experiences: Partner with teams to transform AI, Generative AI, LLM, Agentic, and Computer Vision capabilities into seamless, consumer-grade experiences.
Create simple and frictionless user journeys: Simplify onboarding and activation flows, build user trust, and deliver “first value” quickly.
Measure and optimize product performance: Define and track KPIs, leverage data to drive decisions, and continuously improve engagement, retention, and user adoption.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years owning B2C web/mobile products.
Strong UX and product thinking with a proven ability to map end-to-end user journeys, identify pain points, simplify complex experiences, and reduce friction.
Demonstrated experience in delivering "first value" quickly and optimizing core product stages (onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention).
Experience working on AI-powered products, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI Agents
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, funnel optimization, and defining/tracking key KPIs at scale.
Experience leading both Inbound and Outbound Product Management initiatives, managing products with global users, and collaborating with global stakeholders.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
